Organizers of the spectacular academic year opening event “Student Paradise” announce a competition among Latvia’s dance groups, granting the best performers the opportunity of performing in this event and even dancing together with one of its the main artists Dollarman (USA).

Dance group auditions will take place in two steps:

The first step: Until August the 26th dance groups must send (studentuparadize2010@gmail.com with the subject being Dance competition) a video with one of the best dances performed by the group together with the application form. On the 27th of August the top 10 groups will be announced, that then will continue further on to the second step of the audition.

The second step will take place on the 4th of September where the top 10 groups will dance live one of their best dances, as well as a specially prepared choreography 1 minute in length to one of Dollarman’s most popular songs (Rock This Party, Sound Of Freedom, Hit The Floor).  The choice of the song is up to the group. A precise time and place for the dance groups will be announced individually.

The participants of the competition will be judged by a competent jury. The top three dance groups will earn the chance to show themselves in the celebration in September 24th in Arena Riga, what is more, the best dance group will be able to dance on stage together with Dollarman.
